Complete the mission "Crossing Over" on Normal difficulty. Note that the difficulty achievements are not stackable. This mission is pretty easy. The only part that could pose a challenge is the part where you have to cross a few fields with a vehicle and tanks are shooting at you. Just rush to the end and you'll be fine.
