I done this on Ghost Town and at the very end of the level but remember to keep the missle designator that you blew the silo up with. So this was alot easier once i figured out that you have to wait for the helicopter to take out the anti aircraft gun at the very end. Before that i was hitting the helicopter with the missle and no cheev popped. So what i done was move up towards the gun wait for the helicopter to blow it up and then your team tells you to find another way to destroy the helicopter. I then proceeded up the stairs ontop of the helipad timed my missle and hit it first time and cheev popped. May take a couple of attempts to get your timing right but its not as hard as it seems
