A Unique Dog Tag is something you get when you knife kill someone whilst playing the game in Ranked Multiplayer. To use the knife you have to press Y to equip, you can press Y to use the knife to kill an enemy but you can't continuously press it. After pressing Y twice there is a delay so you can't use it for a few seconds. To prevent this, use this combo 'Y+Y+RT'. This will allow you to use the knife for as long as you like with no delay.
