The weight is split over two disciplines, ‘Snatch’ and ‘Clean & Jerk’. I suggest trying to lift 220kg in Snatch and 257.5kg in Clean & Jerk. However if you struggle with 220kg it shouldn’t be a problem to take a few kilos off and lift the added weight in Clean & Jerk as it’s a bit easier to lift the bigger weight. The difficult part and can be a bit fiddly is when trying to balance. It’s imperative that your smooth with the analog sticks and try to avoid any heavy movements.
Should you still have trouble beating the required weight, try using slow-mo in Olympic mode to slow down certain aspects.
