How to unlock the Long Distance Master achievement

To get this you will need to go like the clappers from the start, no slip streaming being the pack.

Once your heart is out you need to press on, now you will need to waggle pretty quickly to keep top speed but more importantly you need to keep the tempo right, if you miss a left or right your speed will drop dramatically. Getting this speed back will require you to strip to your boxers and burn that arm.

Also, pause can be used to recharge your battery, however beware the pause as you can lose momentum and have to put a huge effort in every time you come off the pause.

As my right forearm throbs: Pause for rest - don't hit the guide button. The guide button brought my meter down to about halfway each time. That would have been the difference between the 3:27:01 I just pulled vs. the 3:26 needed.

This is painful and tiring to get on your own.

From the gun you have to waggle as fast as you can, as if you are doing 100m, get to the front and stay there flat out the whole race.

As soon as you think you are going to slow down, pause and take a break, then come back and waggle as if you are doing 100m again. Doing this the whole race should garentee the achievement, i personally beat the WR by 4 seconds doing this technique but my hand and arm hurt like hell!

using a lot of pauses you can do this alone.
go all out from the beginning.
you can keep the speed bar at full once your heart has run out but you need to go like lightning on the sticks.
it will be nackering but worth the achievement.
