Here is a rather easy way to grab two achievements in an hour which are Seeing Red & Delivering the Hurt

From the menu go Multiplayer, Host Match then Deathmatch and pick Carbon Fire map, Now make sure its a Player Match with Max Players begin 2 and Private Slots begin 2

Now make sure to Diasble Bot Combatants then set Goal Score to 0 and the Time Limit to 60 now run around the map till you find the Lift that has the Power-Ups.

Once you are there make sure to place yourself in between them now you can just walk off for an hour.
