Scattered around the game (both story chapters and Sensei Realms) are Troll radios broadcasting Chill Bill's dulcet tones. Go up to one of them and hit RB to play a really easy timing game (hit A when the arrow is on the lighted area 3 times).

Do this to 10 radios and the achievement is yours.

Unfortunately, unlike with the Lock Puzzles and Skystones matches, once you unlock a radio, it's unlocked for the rest of the game. So, you'll need to hunt down 10 different radios.


Mushroom River: In the first area, inside the house by the waterfall before the bouncing mushrooms.
Scholarville: After the first enemy gate, but before the rotating cylinder, enter the house with a fish sign above the door.
Shellmont Shores: In the Upper Spire area, after defeating a few enemies, you'll unlock a gate to a jump pad. Jump up and the radio is on a platform right next to where you land.
Sky Fortress: After Unlocking the crane controls, instead enter the building to the right.
Fizzland: After Pop Fizz teaches you how to remove the trees, switch to normal world and enter the building to the right.
Golden Arcade: After entering the arcade, go to the far back of the first room, behind the Sprocket Arcade machine.
Dragon's Peak: When given the second path choice, choose the Brainy path
Abandoned Amusement Park: As you ascend Winter Wonderland, you'll need to get a key to pass. The radio is right next to the key.
The Lair of Kaos: Midway through Kaos's Arcade challenge, there will be a path to the left. Take it and enter the building.

Sensei Water Realm: After following the spiral platforms, jump on and follow the platform to the left instead of activating the next fountain.
Sensei Earth Realm: After entering the mine, go up a ramp and solve a lock puzzle. The radio is inside.
Sensei Life Realm: Sitting right next to one of the forts you need to destroy
Sensei Tech Realm: On a ledge on the path to the third toy part. Wait for a piston to get you close enough to jump.

Other Locations will show up as I learn/discover them.
