Tunnel parts are simple enough ,try to avoid the walls and obstacles kepping your finger tapping X help (shoot). In the section towards the end where you have to activate the charge stations and there is about 30 turrets shooting at you, be a little more careful,I took the upper security bots first and shot everything else from distance. Also, when you shoot out the orbs in the spinning platforms make sure you aren’t in the way when it rises up.

From MH The Rockstar :

You should note that you cannot fail any of the mini missions as the counts as a death. I found out the hard way after failing the garbage mission as it wasn't registering every hit.

In addition to the other guides I would recommend doing this on your first playthrough. If you die you can dashboard, meaning you would restart at your last checkpoint. If you wait to replay the chapter, if you die you would have to start the entire level again. This saves a lot of time, and it will not be as frustrating. Hope this helps.
