If you want to do this the fair way without driving all those miles on cautions, do races with yellow flags off in career mode. I recommend doing 10% races every race. The good thing is if you do all of this in career mode, you will also work towards these other achievements:

- "King Me"
- "Move Over Jeff"
- "Chase For The Cup"
- "Chase Champion"
- "Chase For The Cups"
