For you to actually get this achievement you need to win by the score and not by blowing up the enemy, if you actually win by defeating the enemy it will NOT count.

the fastest way to get this is set up the AI to easy and just dedicate yourself to rush and build a experimental weapon the quickest one to build is the cybran monkeylord. once you have it send it to the hill and wait till you reach your goal
