To complete a charm quest, you must both finish the quest (I.E. Defeat 300 Goblins) AND insert all the proper runes.
To easily get this, just do the simple ones like Activating 2/3 Wells and Collecting 10 Blueprints. |

To fully complete a quest, you need to complete the task for that charm. Then, by inserting assorted charms and runes, you can level up and be forced to do new tasks for that charm. Once a charm is fully completed , it is counted as 1 completed Charm Quest. Repeat 19 more times for the achievement.
Note : The 20 quests need to be completed with 1 character
