This can be gotten fairly early, after you have cleared the temple in Nolaan, but you only get one chance at it in a play-through. As you leave Nolaan you are contacted by pigeon and asked to make your way to Castle Prevant asap. From Nolaan you need to exit into the new area that has opened up (previously blocked by a rock). From this new area, make a left turn when you exit the thin passage, and follow the crumbling road until you spot a save point. Save here.

Next you enter the courtyard of Castle Prevant and will have to kill off some of the many respawning soldiers - particularly the four or so tougher guards at the gate. They seem to trigger the next part of this encounter when catapults are rolled onto the field for you to break down the castle walls. Instead of doing that though, use the catapults to kill 10 enemies on the castle walls and this achievement is yours.

You have to sheath your sword and use A to enter the catapult. Aim and then hold A in until the power meter maxes out. Release to kill one or two soldiers on the wall. The enemy will destroy your catapult but new ones are rolled onto the field continuously, so just grab the next one.
