This achievement can be unlocked at the same time as the "Dirt Drive" achievement.
Choose the Quarry as the track and set the laps to 10 (this is to accomodate for the "Dirt Drive" achievement.
Once racing, there is a twisty part of the track at the most northern point. You can shortcut this in order to gain alot of ground.
You need to finish the race in order for the achievement to unlock.
