Easy method to get this achievement involves recognizing when you about to be knocked down. Just in time of getting KOed quickly pause the game and exit to dashboard. Boot the game and you can restart your brawl for it all from the last fight you attempted. If you complete all fights without a single knockdown the achievement will unlock.
