You can also get help by hiring the right staff:

Hiring Jason and Sarah Brau increases your fan rewards by 7%.
Hiring Jaime Divine increases fan rewards by 15% (and lowers money rewards by 15%).
Hiring "Swami Ben" Goldstein will increase fan rewards by 50% but also increases fan penalties by 50%.
Hiring Cameron will double fan rewards if you complete a gig with an average of 4 stars or more but you get 0 fans for 3 stars and below.

Cameron looks like the best bet if you're after this achievement. You can hire him once you have 350 stars and the jet.
