You can get this on Local, Player, or Ranked multiplayer. All you have to do is come in first place in a Frenzyfest tournament. These consist of different rounds with special goals to determine the winner, such as most starfish bubbles eaten, most tail bites, most flips done out of water, etc.
Just win the majority of the rounds (you choose 3, 5, 7, or 9 at the beginning), and this'll be yours.
Competing in Frenzyfest tournaments also increases your Party Points. |
