1) While in the lobby waiting for players to join, have all of your teammates go into player preferences and turn squad leader to off. Make sure yours is set to on. This guarantees that you will be squad leader for the match.
2) Make sure your team wins the match.
3) After the match you will be taken back to the lobby. Make sure you are on the same team you just won on (American or German), and the players you just were teamed with will be able to vote you as squad leader again. If you get the majority of the votes, you are squadleader for another match.
The achievement will unlock before the start of the next game. |

You must be leader for a match and right before you start the second match you team must hit Y to Keep you as Leader for another match. I only got this to work with the Germans after losing around. So basically the game is trying to tell your team that you did horrible and your team should get a new leader. But your team likes you and they keep you as leader unlocking the Achievement
