Once you start a level in free play make sure you have Batman and Bane. Walk up to Batman as Bane press the B button twice, once to grab then second to do the move.

This is just an easy one...read well.
When you start the game switch to Robin and go to the Riddlers adventure (left one).
Jump in and just go for the first mission pick Free Play, then choose Bane...(the other one stays Batman).
Start the mission and do a backbreaker by tapping b twice with Bane.
Ther you go!
