Simple, just start from the first Brotherhood mission and work your way through them. There aren't that many to do and as far as I am aware you needn't do every stronghold although some may require you to do before you can advance.
Just bring up your map, find a brotherhood icon and go do it - working with a co-op friend is also advisable as it not only makes it easier, but you can work towards the 'Separated at Birth' achievement too.

| when you get to Maero, ignore him until you kill some (or all) of the crews in the other trucks. You will find that they will drop the RPG. Once you dispatch of the regular trucks (i personally like using the autoshotgun but that's my preference), a couple of RPG hits should dispatch Maero. |

Finish of the racing crew and stand behind the white barricade on the hill for maero to bump into it from topside.
He will continue to try riding over it but will fail, in the mean time empty alll you've got into the car.

Work your way through the missions then when you're on the last mission, well, I recommend going through the FUZZ missions so you get infinite Pistol Ammo and the Kobra's, but that's just me anyways, on the mission where you're on a boat with RPG's, there's 4 waves, and before you destroy the last helicopter of kill the last guy on wave 4, go stock up on RPG and Assault Rifle Ammo, and then just fire a couple RPG bullet at Maero's Monster Truck, then.. Well you get the Achievement.
I recommend going through this in Co-Op to get the Seperated at Birth Achievement. |
