There is one key thing that a lot of guides seem to miss, which is the key to making this task incredibly easy, even on Level 6.
From your starting point, grab a fast car and head straight towards the marked district. Once you are in the specified district, your timer will start counting. The important thing that other guides do not mention is this: You can now earn points ANYWHERE on the Stillwater map, not just in the selected district.
Pull your map up, and head straight to one of the long bridges which connects the two main islands over the water. I have found that the one on the very right hand side seems to get the most big vehicles. Once you are here, start hurling yourself in front of the many pickup trucks and lorries that take the freeway.
You will not get very many points until your adrenaline kicks in, at which point you should be able to rack up 100k+ a hit just by bouncing high and hitting cars. Remember to move the left and right sticks when in the air, and try to land on as many different cars as possible, your multiplier nearly doubles with every unique car you hit.
If doing this in Co-op, one of you head towards the marked zone whilst the other gets to the freeway, then the first player head towards the nearest freeway and continue. Whoever is closest to the zone in the next round heads for it, and you continue from there. Another method for co-op is that the person going to the marked zone gets to the Adrenaline Zone in that area to keep the boost up (thanks GN0SIS).
Just make sure you don't get stressed about it, take your time to learn bounce patterns that work, and this whole thing will be a breeze! See NightStalkor's YouTube guide below for more help on racking up big hits.

levels 1-4 are fairly easy. 5&6 are quite tricky though.
best thing to do from level 5 is go to your HQ before starting the insurance fraud activity & obtain a helicopter - then fly to the activity & start up - the clock doesn't count down until you have entered the mentioned district- get back in the helicopter & fly as high as possible before entering the fraud district. then jump out. as you free fall - move the right analogue stick in a circular movement & try to land in the red zone - keep moving the right analogue stick as you bounce . this got me a quick 100k & activated my adhrenalin boost immediately for another quick 100k (half done). this gives you a great start-
also if there are no cars approaching then get out of the red adrenaline area |

These are okay but there is a way to make this MUCH easier on yourself.
For the Fraud location that's in the factories district the location always has to be the airport. If you start it up and it says any district other then the airport cancel and start again. *Note* If you are playing in co-op only the host of the game can cancel the activity. Now drive to the airport. Go to the hanger on the runway that you can buy. Two jets and a helicopter always spawn here.
Now take up either the helicopter or the jet just a little over the tower that should be in front of you. Now jump out. Bounce off the tower and push your guy back into the hanger you were just in. Rinse and repeat. If you are doing this in co op you have a couple options. Option one is to have one person do what it says above. When that person jumps out of the helicopter/jet the other player should take off and do the same thing. This keeps the adrenaline meter going. The other way is to have one player in a helicopter and another one that does the dives. The one in the helicopter picks up the diver and takes him in the air to jump.
For the downtown location it needs to be set on the downtown district every time. If it's not cancel. Once it's on that district just jump onto the highway right in front of you. Now you and your friend should wait for semis/big trucks that are going fast. Start a dive on one of them and keep bouncing off the side of them. (This is easier because if you do it from the front they could just run over you.) You need the adrenaline meter to keep going. If you see it's about to run out either you or your partner should try and get a good distance in front of the car you've been jumping on. Now end your dive. The meter should be full again. Now start another dive. Rinse and repeat.

I didn't know what I was doing wrong, I was getting no points at all, 1st off what I changed was instead of just hitting LT RT, I hit X then LT RT, then I watched this video and then it was all easy from there...
Also if you get an airplane from the airport before entering the zone, then enter the zone and fly to the skyscrapers you can drop out and get up to 400k points, then just run to the highway to finish it off.

| the way i did it was suggested by a friend all you have to do is find the freeway in the district that they give you and just aim to jump into trucks and lorrys this worked well for me with only 1 retry |
