I found most of the CDs by using the link Skillful posted above, because being able to mark off the ones I already found was very helpful. But there were a few that I couldn't find, even when using that guide above. So I found another guide (the one in the link below) that not only shows a photo of the location, but a quick explanation for each CD as well. I found using the guide Skillful posted above (to mark each one off) and the guide below (for the photo and explanation for each CD) made this seemingly annoying achievement a whole lot easier.
