Easiest Done with the West All Stars because of their bigs vs a small team like the bobcats or warriors. Setting defensive pressure to full also helps. Try playing out of position, such as Yao Ming or Amare at SG or SF, and Kobe at PG, this creates mismatches that allow blocks.
