How to unlock the Full Arsenal achievement

Since the Plasma Cutter is more than enough to get through the game, you really don't need to worry about buying a bunch of the weapons on the first play through. As long as you look through every room you come across in the game, you should easily find the schematics for all the weapons.

You'll have access to a store right before the final boss of the game, so you can spend the rest of your credits/sell unused items to pick up the remaining weapons if you wish.

After you complete the game, you'll be given the chance to save a Completed Game file. Loading this will start your game over, but you keep all your inventory/credits/suits. As a bonus, you'll also receive 50,000 credits. This bonus is enough to buy up the remainder of the weapons with some to spare. You'll have to move some weapons to your safe as you're doing this because you can't have more than 4 in your inventory at once.

The first store you'll come across in the new game is at the tram station at the end of Chapter One.

The weapons are (in no particular order):

    1. Plasma Cutter
    2. Pulse Rifle
    3. Ripper
    4. Force Gun
    5. Contact Beam
    6. Flamethrower
    7. Line Gun

You must own all weapons simultaneously, meaning they must be in either your inventory or your safe. You can only carry 4 guns at once, so buy 4, move them to your safe and then buy the rest.

The Plasma Cutter is a free story-related gun, but the rest cost on average 10,000 credits each, and you must aquire the schematics for each gun before you can buy it. You will therefore need just under 60,000 credits to buy the guns. The earliest you can get this achevement is mid-game once you have all the schematics, but they are quite easy to locate with very little effort.

Note that for the "One Gun" achievement (beat game with only Plasma Cutter), you can buy the guns, but you can't use them. In fact it is better to just save, buy the guns and then reload the save so that you can keep your money. The achievement will pop as soon as you buy the last gun.

You have to make sure you own every weapon 'at the same time'. Have all the weapons in your inventory or safe at once and the achievement is yours.

This achievement can be unlocked on any difficulty, and can be unlocked using NG+

In order to unlock this achievement you need to own each weapon in the game at one time.
*Please note that DLC weapons do not count towards this achievement*

Since you can only carry 4 weapons, you will need to store 4 more in your safe. You get the plasma cutter for free as part of the story during chapter 1, the other 7 weapons you will need to either find the schematic on the map, download it at a store, and then purchase the weapon or just purchase the weapon if it is available in the store.

To purchase all the weapons for the achievement you will need to have 55,000 credits, the cost breakdown is as follows:

    Plasma Cutter: Free (story related)
    Line Gun: 9,000
    Pulse Rifle: 7,000
    Flame Thrower: 11,000
    Force Gun: 11,000
    Ripper: 8,000
    Contact Beam: 9,000

    Total: 55,000

I have included a video to help clear up any additional confusion.
