Right at the start of mission 5 you will encounter an enemy which spits little enemys out of its tummy, keep on freezing and killing these little enemies to get the achievement.
the good thing is that there is a place where you can recharge your freezing power right on the wall just before you go in to the room with the enemies. |

All right, The way I did this was whenever I saw a group of those little crawling things (The really small ones that are annoying as hell when they get on you) I would use stasis on those little things and I got the achievement in literally 3 shots.

The description of this achievement is slightly misleading. You need not use the stasis skill on 50 unique enemies, you must merely use the stasis skill on an enemy target 50 times. I personally finished this on the chapter 5 miniboss fight, with the regenerating necromorph in the cryogenics chamber.
You are placed in a tiny room with the big baddie and three of the tentacle-sprouting infants. After doing away with the ankle biters, all that remains in this room is you, the lumbering miniboss, and a stasis recharge station. You'll have it done in no time, and for free, no less. |

| This achievement becomes a lot easier if you pause the game and enter the cheat XYYXY to restore your Stasis. This way, you can repeatedly freeze one enemy as jdbly suggested without ever needing to use a Stasis pack. But, considering the usefulness of Stasis, you'll likely get this as you play the game, with blessedly less trouble thanks to the cheat. |

After you have run from the boss that can regrow its limbs in chapter 5 you will return to the room where you first came across the wall creature that spawned mini-beasts from its stomach.
From the wall on the left 15 or so of those crawling hands will emerge. If you aim your stasis well enough it'll capture all of them. Do this four times and the achievement will spawn.
The nice thing is there is a stasis recharge in the next hallway so you can get this achievement without it interrupting your game. |

| An easy way to get this is to pick one enemy and just keep freezing him over and over. |
