The other solution of using the Explorer perk at level 20 is definetly a good idea. However, if your xbox is by a computer, why not use this map as a reference to all the locations in the game (I IN AM IN NOW WAY TAKING CREDIT FOR THIS MAP).

I didn't know this. You only need 100 locations, not ALL the locations in the game. I wasn't even half way finished the game when I noticed I already found 85 locations. It only took me about an hour of wandering the wasteland to find the last 15 for the achievement.
Just find the empty arrow on your compass to find a location, then repeat. |

| Another way you could do this, is if you are just about to reach level 20, but don't want to waste your final perk on this achievement, then save it just before you level up to 20, and then after the 'cheevo pops up, load it back up, and pick your preferred favourite perk. :) |

By completing quests and suchforth you should have around 70-80 locations by the end of the game.
You can experience the game and explore, OR you can cheat and use a map/get the Explorer perk at level 20. |
