For those who dont know you acquire the Battler's blade by building up enough tribute (tribute unlocks swords, enough tribute you unlock the battler's blade).

This is one of the easier boss fights, as you dont have the Battler's Blade for all of the fight and can get hit a few times if you wish.. Study the fight on normal difficulty and kill him a few times, i actually got my A+ unlock on normal difficulty, maybe luck, but who knows.
