For male characters at least (uncertain if this works for female as well), this is most easily done in the Gypsy camp where you begin after becoming a young adult. Bloodstone is another place this is easy to do for both sexes.

Highlight women (or men if you are female) using the LT and hit Y to check their details. Look for the Raunchy personality trait. Keep impressing them until you get the red heart above their head. Then use the "Come Over to My Place" expression (learned from a book) on at least 2 of them then go to bed.
