this is easy to get, first of all buy a house any house and rent it out to some one. Now change the rental price to either -60% for pure or +100% for corruption. Now save your game and go back to dashboard, once your in the dashboard sign out of xbox live and change the date to one year later. now start up fable 2 again and it will unlock when you load your save.
