  Just wanted to let people know that you can get this on Level 5.
  
  Once you get to the temple after escaping all of the gas and whatnot, right after the hallucination of the chick, instead of following the flares first, go down the other path. There will be another hallucination, and then you'll see two dead soldiers in the back of a circular room. At their feet is the M60. There are more than enough enemies to kill between that point and the end of the level to unlock this a level earlier.

  Got it here too. Once you get the M-60, go through the level and you will go through a bridge that you can blow up. You will go through 2 sets of "mouths". After the second one you will go through a corridor and out to a dead-end hall with some boards blocking the way out. Infected will pour in. Go for headshots. You should get it here. If you don't, there are more outside once you get through those boards (an army man will break it fron the outside).

  At the beginning of level 6 you pick up the M60. Just kill 15 enemies without reloading. pretty easy to get the gun will hold 100 bullets in one belt.

  The best (and only?) place to get this is Mission 6. You find the M60 lying on the floor in front of you as the mission starts. Be super sparing with ammo, there's not much to be had. once you arrive at the ruin (after the temple 'hold off') you can be far more accurate here, pick them off with headshots, and don't reload. If you've got the timing right, you shouldn't have to reload again for the rest of the level. After you fall through the wooden bridge, you should be on for about 6-7 killed with the one clip, just creep along really slowly on the riverbed, a few infected rise from the dead in front of you, and, by the time you reach the end of the river, 5-6 VC come down the slope towards you, as you scythe these down you should get the achievement, I had 2 rounds left when the last VC dropped - on hard too.

  I beg to differ, but I completed this achievement on mission 5 while in the Temple. There is an M-60 in front of two dying soldiers as you make your way through the Temple. As you follow the "flare" path you encounter several enemy in a cave/tunnel. Just take your time and pick them off with head shots to conserve ammo, I believe they respawn. They kept coming in twos or threes until I moved (look behind you often).

  I got mine where BillJones0302 got his. Just went into a room where it was on the ground picked it up and tried to save ammo. Ended up getting it where the guy got dragged to his death.
