This is story related so you can't miss it.

(SPOILERS)
Once you receive a mission to go to a town and pick up a briefcase of diamonds, once you get there you will notice that something is not normal. (everything is on fire) well just go into the main building and go up stairs pick up the diamonds and there will be a cut scene and then you will wake up in a prison. Once you escape you will unlock this achievement.
