SPOILERS!!!

You get this achievement basically when you are on your last mission of the game. Once you go to the jail to meet the jackal, after your long and interesting conversation he will open a doorway to enter "Heart of Darkness" as soon as you go through the door and go outside you will unlock this achievement.
