Ok so after painstakingly trying to get this to unlock, i noticed that there is a certain nack and set play of the boats. The boats start from left then right, then they repeat and get faster. So if you fire the left rocket as you see the left boat then press the right rocket after you should hit both boats then just keep doing it in this sync. So you'll end up doing L, R, L, R, L, R, L, R, L, R, L, R, L, R, L, R, L, R, L, R

Note you will need a couple of runs to get the timing right, the first two boats are the key
