If you are like me and only purchased the Guitar bundle for this game, you can still unlock this achievement by using the Xbox headset. Just plug it into a controller and you will be able to choose vocals for play. I don't think it works as well as a normal mic, but at least you will be able to get this achievement.

Just play any song on any difficulty for vocals. Finish the song and you'll get a Bleep Bloop.
