If you want to do it the easy way...here it is: Only 3 people required...
Put all the instruments on beginner.
1 person plays bass, one on the drums, and one is the guitarist. Obviously...

Now take out a fan, and put your GH:WT microphone or Xbox 360 headset in front of it. Or use something else than a fan; as long as it makes enough noise it's fine.

Now play, and you will see that the game picks the noise of the fan up as singing. So that's a sure way to get 100% on vocals.
Now, the rest is up to you. Don't miss any of those notes!

The 'fan-method' works on any song.

Uncle SinkJust use the fan behind your xbox, everyone has it and it works.

The Great CheThe fan behind the xbox only works, when the game is NOT installed on hard disk. If it is installed on hard disk the fan is too silent.

CurtiesonThat isn't the fan then...that is the DVD drive. But that is a good point!!! Just set a headset over your xbox should work perfectly.

Start up a Band with at least four players and set everyone to a lower difficulty, Beginner being the easiest. Play any song and make sure no one in the band misses a note. You can strum extra and stop your note streaks, but you cannot miss any notes.

-Vocals counts total notes just like any other instrument, not just phrases. So, it is possible to have a 4x multiplier, but have less than 100% notes hit.

Here is a ONE player method to getting this:

Play No Sleep til Brooklyn with all instruments on beginner (vocals on anything it doesn't matter) and put the mic in front of a fan.

Then YOU play all of the other instruments at the same time. Just have one hand strumming on one guitar, the other hand strumming the other guitar (bass) and your foot doing the drums whilst the fan plays vocals.

This may sound difficult but with this song it has a steady beat. It's hard to explain but just trust me, you'll find you'll be strumming with both hands and using the kick pedal at the exact same time for almost every note.

You do not need to maintain a Streak, just hit 100% of the notes.
