| Select any character that you have created in the Rock Star Creator. Choose Body then select Tattoos. You have the option to tattoo either arm or the torso. Select Edit, pick an image, and save. |

To get this achievement you must create your own custom tattoo. Select any character from the solo career and edit them. From there select Body, then Tattoo. Create any tattoo you want and save. Then you will get your achievement.

if you put the game in your console, start it
click on rockstar creator
choose a character.
choose a style for the clothes,
choose body an then pick tattoos make your own custom tattoo and then you've got the achievement |
