I went to quickplay, plugged in all four instruments (make sure your profile is logged into the Mic), and selected Star Spangled Banner that is second from the bottom of your song list. Put everyone's on beginner. Start the song. You don't need to touch the other instruments, there is not enough notes to make them fail. There is a short mono-toned hmmm at the end of the song. Just humm that 2 sec. bit and the song will end. The achievement should pop at the end of the song.
