  There is also another way you can do this without glitching. This can be obtained in Act 2 with the mission called hide and seek. When you reach the point to where you have to fight the civilians on top of the roof. Keep using you X attack to where you do a punch-flurry. As long as they don't throw you, you have plenty of time and enemys to get this combo off. I got up to about a 300 hit combo with this method....

  a easyer way to do this is wait until new york is compleatly taken over by symbotes the white ones tht you can kill in a few hits and make sure you have the spin punch combo for normal red suit spiderman and you can just chain 10 hits each time on them until you have the achievement

  On the Rikers Island prison break level you will need to free Ryhno. Once he is free, jump on his back and guide him to the far left side of the stage and run him into the left side wall next to the exit gate. Rhyno will become stuck(GAME GLITCH) in the wall. Walk up and hit him til the achievement unlocks.
  
  Once he becomes stuck you will have to restart the level to continue playing the game. On the bright side, any combo achievement you do not have yet be accuired here.
