Like all the achievements in this game you can either do it legit by reading on, or watch the video at the bottom for the way to unlock everything within 2 minutes.
Level up by simply playing the game! Complete quests, discover towns and outposts, kill the monsters of the wasteland and have fun! By the time you reach level 20, assuming you have good karma which can be checked within the Pip-Boy menu, this will unlock.

very simple press the dev key and type in
player.setlevel 20
that gets you to level 20 instantly
make sure you have good karma by giving purified water to the poor person outside megaton or tenpenny tower once you got good karma enter the code above and the achievement is your's good luck
or another way is to just type into the dev key

On PC: You can get this legit or you can use console commands.
Press the tilde (~) to open the console.
"rewardKarma 500" (without quotes), will take you from neutral karma to good karma (add 1000 if your on bad karma).
Then enter "player.setlevel 20" (again without quotes). Leave the console and wait for a bit and the achievements will unlock.
On Xbox: Get to good Karma, then just before you finish a quest to get to level 20, either go on a small killing spree to get ot neutral or a big killing spree to get to bad. Keep reloading the save until you have all three achievements for that level. This way you don't have to play thourgh it more than once. |
