Basicly this one is easy. For 360 and PC, go to Little Lamp Light. Once there speak to a small girl named Knock Knock. She will offer to tell a joke, accept and win the speech challenge. You can then repeat this over and over as much as You need.

Cotan Kasi guide is great example of what to do but i would just like to add that if you press the dev key and type in

addachievement 43

the achievement unlocks instantly
