| Right above the cellar door there is a guy on the balcony headshot him and kill him in one shot and the achievement will unlock. |

when you near the balcony, you will see a wall that is perfect cover for this acheivement. just pull out a pistol that you can spare some ammo, like the P99, and just if your aim is right, and its most likely it is, you would have shot the guy in the face and, bleep bloop, the acheivement is yours!
edit: its useful if your playing on the 007 difficulty because its the safest option, just in case if your doing that |
