Here are the basic tips:
1. Stay in crouch.
2. Use cover a lot.
3. Shoot everyone, but (obviously) make sure you use the silencer.
4. Observe the locations of the cameras; approach as close the wall as you can and be ready to hit X to switch them off. (There are four cameras.)
Once you get to the stage area (before you start shooting snipers) this will pop. If you alert the guards (you'll hear a "spotted" message and see 2-3 guys run up and start shooting), just reload your checkpoint or let the enemies kill you. |

There is a really simple way to do this. Just restart from the last checkpoint if you are spotted, the achievement will still pop no matter how many tries you have. It really is as simple as that.
