Here's a new video since the other one was removed. Pretty simple once you see the path. Once you get in the vents it pops. If one of the guys does not move when he should just reload the checkpoint. Credit goes to achi3v3m3ntH3LP for posting.
Just a side note from the comments a stealth kill will void the achievement unlocking. All the guards must survive without being attacked.

| Figured I'd add the video I created, showing the VERY easy way to get this achievement. As is shown, DO NOT touch any of the guards...just continue moving forward when it is safe without being seen.
