To win this achievement, you will have to use ONLY the P99 (the primary Bond's pistol) while in the train, in the Train level (:P). Very easy actually, just use a lot of cover and kill your enemies with it. Take your pace, no hurries. If you are having difficult, play in the easier achievement.
