Same as on Xbox 360.
In mutliplayer weapon store buy all golden weapons. You will need total of 28'800 credits to buy them all, BUT FIRST you have to buy regular guns to unlock their golden version. Press INS in weapon menu to switch to golden gun menu. Not all guns have golden versions and dont forget about pistols.
I suggest leaving this for last, after you have bought regular weapons and gadgets, because golden guns have no superiority over regular guns.

You do not have to have this amount of credits at the same time, you can buy the items whenever you have enough credits and you can buy them in any order.
