This will come natural with story Progression, but if you want it faster, play a song on Junior for more notes or Sophmore level for slower/easier notes to hit perfect or Good (as long as it hits the Blue Bar, it will count as a Hit)..
Make sure you follow the beat and hit the note right where it fits on the Blue Bar for Perfect or anywhere in the Blue Bar Area
