I got this achievement by making an audio file that would sing You Shook Me All Night Long by itself. I'm posting it up in a video for you all to use as well as a video of me FCing the song with it. Make sure it's completely loaded, then start from the beginning, around a third of a second before the first phrase starts. And make sure your mic sensitivity is turned all the way up; you can do so by holding X and pressing right on the D-pad.
Sorry for the loud fan noise in the FC video. Also, don't worry about the funny sounding high notes at the beginning, they are the correct pitch, just an octave higher. I was still learning the ropes at that point.
