To get salvage points, do whammies, destroy or total enemy vehicles.

To get this you need 200 Salvage points in all the eight vehicles which might take some time.
If you do the Quest on easy, medium and hard you should be close to the 200 in all.

If you miss more after quest modes, do quick play until you get it.
