You'll probably just pick this up through regular play. However if you're desperate to get it done quickly just keep replaying the Prologue from Checkpoint C. There are four enemies you can easily knock out here (don't bother with the four on the final roof). Jump kicks work best followed by a quick punch if they're still standing.
