The second Swan Dive achievement is again located on the Mediterranean Sea level. After you've completed the tomb raiding, you will drive your boat over to Natla's Cargo Ship. Reach the second level of the ship by jumping on the cargo containers. Go left and you will see a white container labeled "Life Jackets". Swan dive into the ocean from there by jumping (A) and immediately pressing (B).
Achievement Unlocked!
***NOTE: To get the Master Swan Diver achievement you must complete Swan Diver I and Swan Diver II in the same playthrough of the game. Luckily, all of the dives are in the first half of the game.
