| In the top left corner there is a silhouette of Lara. As you attack enemies, if fills up. When it is full, run towards the enemy and when you are close hit "x". It will go into slow motion and you will have to move the red reticule into the circle on the enemy's head. When it is there hit your trigger to shoot. Do this ten times and the achievement will unlock. |

Use bpshfs14's guide on how to perform the Adrenaline Attack headshot (AAh). I used his guide to find out what I needed to do and it worked fine for me 
Suggestion
Don't go out of your way to get this. If you only do one of these whenever you encounter each group of large enemies (Tigers/Panthers/Soldiers/Giant Lizards/Giant Spiders/etc) then you should have the achievement by the Gate Of The Dead level at the latest (just over the halfway point in the game).
An Alternative Method
As I didn't know how many opportunities there would be to do this I decided to get it out of the way early on. I was playing with the options set as easy as possible while I did my collectible playthrough and just enjoyed the game without being challenged. When I got to the first trio of Tigers I used the AAh I already had but even after killing the other 2 Tigers I still hadn't built up another AAh. To speed things up pause the game, goto Game Options, then Player Tailoring and finally change the Enemy Health setting to Extra (I had it on Less until this point). Replaying the example above I was able to build a second AAh and kill the 3rd Tiger with it. I wouldn't be surprised if better players than me could get a 3rd AAh out of this scenario.
I say again though that it isn't necessary to go out of your way to do this. |

This is Easy on 2nd level. Coastal Thailand.
basically after you have met the first set of Tigers. you will encounter a second set. as soon as the first one comes down the stairs adrenaline attack. it for the one shot kill and let the two other tigers kill you. the game will automatically give a full bar to repeat this , just simply repeat this until u got all achieved the ten |
